I was told that I can put a request for instrument repairs on the website. I cannot find where I do this. Please assist.

The flyer that we received said:

"This year, we’ll be utilizing an online message board system. As a member of our forum, you can quickly and easily request a pickup of instruments at your school, check the status of your repairs, and see when deliver-ies are scheduled of your serviced instruments!"

Is there are board for us to post our pickup requirements, or should we send a PM?
